Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and databases. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of information while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality. This role is critical in ensuring data integrity, supporting business operations, and enabling informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management
- Enter, update, and maintain data in company databases, CRM systems, spreadsheets, and internal software.
- Verify the accuracy of information before entering it into the system.
- Review, correct, and update existing records to ensure data consistency and completeness.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical records as required.
- Import and export data between various platforms and applications.
Data Quality & Accuracy
- Perform routine quality checks to identify and correct errors.

Documentation & Record Keeping

Administrative Support

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role.
- Excellent typing speed (typically 45–70+ WPM) with high accuracy.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Experience using CRM, ERP, or database management systems is preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar business systems.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
