This is a mid-level DSA interview. Since this is voice-based, focus on conceptual understanding rather than syntax. Ask candidates to describe their approach to problems, explain why they'd choose one data structure over another, and analyze complexity. Present scenarios and ask 'What data structure would you use and why?' Challenge with edge cases and ask about worst-case scenarios.
