A completed AI interview is an interview that produces an interview evaluation and hiring evidence, such as the candidate summary, skill signals, and reviewable notes. Completed AI interviews are billed at $12 per interview before any monthly volume discount.
No. Abandoned, partial, and incomplete interviews are not billed. You only pay for completed AI interviews that produce an interview evaluation and hiring evidence.
Yes. If Tukadi manages the application for a job opening, it counts as an application handled whether the candidate applied on their own or was invited by your recruiting team.
If your monthly completed AI interview volume is more than 100, Tukadi automatically applies a 10% discount to every completed AI interview on that month's invoice. The discount applies to all completed interviews that month, not only the interviews after the first 100, lowering the interview rate to $10.80 for that month.
