What counts as an application?
Any resume that lands on one of your roles — from your careers page, an email invite, or a folder you upload in one go. We read each one against the requirements you wrote and show you the line from the resume behind every call. That is the $0.10.
What counts as a completed interview?
An interview the candidate actually finished. If someone never starts, or drops out halfway, you are not billed for it. The $7.00 covers the recording, the transcript, the skill-by-skill scores and the feedback the candidate keeps.
Does a busy month cost less per interview?
Yes. In any month with more than 100 completed interviews, every completed interview that month is discounted by 10% — not only the ones past the 100th — which takes the rate to $6.30. It is applied to that month's invoice automatically; you do not have to ask. Applications stay at $0.10.
Is there a minimum, a setup fee or a per-seat licence?
None of the three. You pay for applications read and interviews completed, so a quiet month is a small bill and a busy one is a bigger bill. There is nothing to buy up front.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. We turn the two-week trial on for you after a short conversation, and once you are running, you get one invoice a month.
Do the people I share a shortlist with cost anything?
No — your client's hiring managers or your own. They sign in to read it, on real accounts of their own, at no cost. There are no seats to buy for people who only review.
What do candidates pay?
Nothing, ever. Their feedback, transcripts and skill proofs are free, and so is practice — ten mock interviews a month.
How do I know what the bill will be before it arrives?
You can check the running count any day of the month from your account: applications read, interviews completed. The invoice is that count times the two numbers above, and nothing else appears on it.
